Traverse System

And that is precisely what we are delivering with our Traverse System. At the core, there is the new Traverse shoe – a real Swiss Army knife among mountain footwear. The Traverse combines the best of both worlds: Light and versatile, like a running shoe, but with the protection, comfort, and grip of a mountaineering shoe to increase agility on technical terrain. Also new is the Traverse Backpack 16 or 22 liters. It offers a comfortable, close-to-the-body fit, freedom of movement, as well as quick access. Traverse – more mountains in a day.

Features

  • TRAVERSE GTX SHOE W: The Traverse shoe redefines versatility. It combines the lightness and runability of a trail running shoe with the protective, comfort and grip of mountain footwear. Thanks to its narrow fit and the POMOCA outsole, you have ideal control, stability and perfect traction on any terrain and in all weather conditions. For use on rainy days on the mountain or in wet conditions, the Traverse is also available in a waterproof style with a GORE-TEX membrane.
  • TRAVERSE 22 BACKPACK W: Inspired by the new DYNAFIT running vests, the Traverse backpack merges the two worlds of trail running and mountaineering. It offers you a comfortable, close-fitting shape with optimum freedom of movement and, at the same time, enables you quick access to your provisions or a change of clothes. The backpack is particularly versatile in its use with a main compartment of 16 to 22 liters.
  • TRAVERSE POLARTEC® ALPHA® JACKET W: Light, breathable insulation for demanding tours. This jacket ensures an ideally regulated body temperature at any point in the mountains. It protects you reliably from chills and still allows extra body heat to escape so you don’t overheat during intense activities.
  • TRAVERSE TIGHTS W: Comfort, freedom of movement, and durability: The Traverse tights win points for their stretch fabric and snug fit as your thletic companion for fast outdoor adventures. The fabric is reinforced at the knees and buttocks for extra durability for sections of scrambling or for the well-earned rest break on the summit.
